Where to start?

Hi all,

and welcome to my crazy world. I was thinking about starting a blog a long time ago but was not too sure where to start or what would I like to share my thoughts on. So I decided to see if my current hobby and interest will last a bit longer than two days. Thus my experiment started with Instagram (you can find me there under username: nailsby_judinka123 http://instagram.com/nailsby_judinka123/).

As a nail biter I was trying to find ways to get rid of this annoying habit. But as we all know that is easier to say than done. I tried everything I possibly could; however, nothing worked. Until I saw a commercial on "As seen on TV" with these cool stamping plates!!! When I finally found them I was over the roof excited...but yes, you guessed right; when it came to using them I was unable to figure out this simple method. That is when I turned for help to YouTube and discovered Gina and her channel SoGuessWhat11 (https://www.youtube.com/user/soguesswhat11). Her tutorials were helpful and the nail polish madness has begun.

Since the beginning of this journey I went from maybe  15 bottles of nail polish to almost 600 and my love for nail stamping is still the same. Thus I decided to share my passion with you.

During the last 2 years I also re-discovered my love for make up and I think I will include this in my blogging as well. I would like to thank you all in advance for your support and your patience while I am figuring out this new commitment of mine and I hope I can bring you interesting and fun articles in the near future.

For the beginning, these are my real nails; almost for 2 years not touch by my teeth in an effort to bite them till I bleed (occasionally my thumbs become victims of this habit but it happens less and less often). You can tell the nail biting of 30+ years took a toll on them but thanks to my nail art obsession they are doing quite well. They are still brittle and I have to make sure there is always nail polish on them but I hope you all agree that I got to a point where my nails look at least nice and presentable. :)

My bare nails after my current nail care routine. Not perfect but much better :)
Thank you for stopping by and if you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks to all, with all my heart, Judy.
